Palmetto Party Planners, LLC, became a reality in July 2006, when an event was being coordinated by individuals within the family. Discussion became clear that Columbia and the surrounding area needed the business where an event is planned by one coordinator starting with the theme, invitations, decorations, menu, to the follow-through of the vendors to clean-up and close-down. As busy workers with busy families, we understand the multi-tasking, high-stress of having to plan a party and handling all the details. This is the very reason Palmetto Party Planners will plan the event where our client can enjoy the party while we do the work.

The Palmetto Party Planner’s creative team consists of Ms. Charlse Colley (she planned and decorated her own wedding) and Ms. Gena Miles (Charming Tablecloths). All the ladies have forty-five years experience between them to make an event the special memory everyone is searching for, whatever it may be.

Teri Colley, Owner...Planner Extraordinaire!

Teri Colley has been an event planner in many different ways within her career. As an Executive Administrator for twenty-five years, she knows how important every detail is in planning an event.

Ms. Colley has coordinated a dinner for the British Consult and his wife with key company officials to planning an annual sit down dinner for one hundred people to planning weddings by directing and even officiating at them. She has coordinated banquets and luncheons. She has planned annual company picnics to company dinners. She has planned birthday parties to retirement parties.

Ms. Colley has the benefit of having vendors such as caterers, venues, musicians, magicians, solo artists, DJ’s and the list goes on, willing to give her clients the event they want.
